I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (# 22544) specializing in supporting adults (19+) manage issues related to trauma, life transitions, anxiety, stress, burn-out, relationships, identity, self-esteem, grief, disordered eating, and adult ADHD.

All are welcome here. I provide trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA2S+ friendly, culturally aware individualized care. In-person appointments will take place in a private wheelchair accessible office environment. I work from an anti-oppressive stance, applying a systems lens to therapy.
